This Was A Surprise
I haven’t been me in a while. I think what happened is that I’ve never really had a strong sense of conviction; I wavered between to places because I could never decide who I wanted to be. I would think that I’d want to be one way and then I’d be another. I always knew that I was indecisive, but I finally realized that it didn’t affect my everyday decisions, but it affected my personality too.
I did quite a bit of stuff this week that I can honestly tell you that I never thought I would do. Due to privacy reasons, I would prefer not to post it all out in the open, so the post after this one will be password protected. Leave a comment here if you want access and I’ll send you the password.
Well, some good news is that I sent my resume out to one job posting. It’s better than no posting, right? I’m just scared and intimidated by the whole process of having to find a job and now I have to sink into the realization that I might not get a job that I had been hoping to get out of this whole break from school thing.
Oh, and I’ve decided to enroll in two small courses for this semester at the local community college: Asian and Asian Americans in Film, Religions of the World. They both sound like fun classes and I only have to show up to one class since the other is an online class.
Anyway, I’m going to go talk about the stuff I can’t talk about now.

This Is The Homecoming
It’s so good to be back. I don’t if I mentioned it or not, but my fish, Nammy, died while I was away. I didn’t think that it would get incredibly cold, so I didn’t put in the heater. Unfortunately, it did get that cold and well, he died just a few days ago according to my roommate. MK said that he was alive on Tuesday, but come Friday, he was dead. Oh well, may he rest in peace.
Other than mentioning that I’m back home, I don’t know what else to say. The weekend after going out on Friday has been pretty quiet. I haven’t done anything except watch many more episodes of Gilmore Girls. I have a lot of mail to go through today and quite a few errands to run tomorrow. Gotta get started on this job search of mine. Wish me luck!
