This Is A Smelly Situation
I have no idea why, but today, smell just seems to be everywhere. Okay, it wasn’t really in my dream this morning, but it was sort of smell related. And then about thirty minutes ago, my roommate ended up burning a bag of popcorn, so that smells and then I tried to combat that with some incense, but I don’t think it really helped. I had an air freshener, but had left that in another friend’s car. Smart, no?
Anyway, still the same person, still the same spot. I’ve just eaten more. Kind of. I finally finished one whole Burrito Bol from Chipotle. I usually just eat half of it, but today, I finished the whole thing. I know. That’s a lot of food.
In a way, I feel a little better, but I’d like to attribute that to the four hours I spent at work today. Work… I don’t know what it is exactly, but work just keeps me sane, you know? I mean there are things I have to deal with and people, but for the most part, I like it there.
I’ve been frequenting MakeUpAlley.com for a while now and they have this little section called “Swap.” Basically, you swap your new/used for somebody else’s makeup. Some things are recommended not to get used such as mascara, but other things are just fine. A lot of things to find and swap, assuming you have the right goods to swap with, you know? Anyway, I had two Pro Activ bottles to swap and had decided to swap for a foundation in the shade I wanted. Well, the swapper had sent the wrong one unfortunately and now I have to go through the trouble of sending it back and waiting for my bottles to return. Poo. I wish she had other items that I was interested in, but she doesn’t and unfortunately for me, nobody else has that shade for swap.
I hate spending money. Well, I take that back. I like shopping, I do. I just hate money. It causes so many problems and right now, is making me feel so broke.
I want a day at a spa, but right now I can’t afford it in both money and time. I’m so behind in my classwork and I’m just… scared.
I want… something euphoric. SB says to find something that makes me happy and to do it each day, except… I don’t really have anything that I absolutely enjoy that I can spend time on each day except getting mani/pedis, but those are expensive after a while, you know?
Anyway, I’m off to continue reorganizing the site. I’ve gone as far back as the March posts, but I know I still have year to go.
