When Today Was Half Gone
So I didn’t wake up until… 2:30 today? Yeah, so half of my day is gone. I also feel bad that I’m getting so behind on this blogging stuff. Shame on me I say, shame on me.
Well, I missed school on Thursday… all of it. I woke up while at SB’s place and felt way too shitty to go any farther. I slept a lot. Man did I sleep. I finally got up and stopped by my apartment for a while and went to the pet store.
Oh I completely forgot to mention… So last Sunday, I was sitting in my chair doing my regular online stuff when all of a sudden, I hear this ridiculously loud “meow.” Well, I looked outside my window and to my surprise, there was a cute all-white kitty on the neighboring apartment building. So I figure that she’s hungry and walk over the apartment building (we’re two separate buildings, but there’s an area where there’s no fence to divide us) and feed her some leftover pork. She loved it. I wanted to get her out of that area since she was behind the buildings, where the garages are. I tried to carry her, but she didn’t like it and hissed at me. So I got her to start following me. As soon as we left the garage, I noticed that she was still following me. Testing her motives, I started walking up the stairs to my apartment and to my surprise, she continued to follow me. I finally got her into my apartment and decided to keep her.
Now she’s with SB because I’m a newbie at all this cat stuff and he knows much more than I do. I had first wanted to call her “Clara,” but SB’s roommate can’t say that too easily, so we’re calling her “Tara” for now. She’s so adorable and cute, especially when she’s playing with her toys.
Anyway, back to where I was… So after finally leaving SB’s room, I went to the pet store to buy Tara more food and a couple of toys. I also spoiled her and bought her a bag of treats. I went to another pet store yesterday in hopes of finding a flea collar and spray. I also bought her canned food too, which she loves.
So today is Saturday and half the day is gone through my sleeping. I’ll probably get to some homework today and spend time with SB.
